Composite Double Leaf Gates

Specification for double leaf composite gate - 

Our double leaf gates are delivered fully equipped for seamless installation, with pre-fitted composite boards. Both gates and posts feature a standard satin black powder-coated finish. Please note that these gates are custom-made, leading to a delivery time of up to 3 weeks. Due to their bespoke nature, they are non-refundable. 

The posts are supplied at the same height as the gate order, with an additional 2.5 feet at the bottom for concreting into the floor. We recommend allowing approximately 5 days for the posts to set before hanging the gates, ensuring a secure foundation. Adjustable eye bolts are provided with the gates, allowing for easy gap adjustment once installed. 

Our gate design ensures a consistent 10mm gap between the gates and posts on either side, with a 10mm gap in the centre where the gates meet.

Gate frame: 40x40x2.5mm 

Width: the width chosen is the size from the back of one post to the other post

Post size: 100x100x3mm 

Total Gate width: Selected width minus 230mm (100mm for each post and 30mm, 10mm for gaps either end of the gate and 10mm in the middle).
